Case #1:  Leadership Development Training and Communications Coaching for Leaders

A sales organization contacted Elizabeth to work to provide training and coaching to their emerging leaders and new managers, who lacked experience leading teams and large-scale initiatives.  Elizabeth was also asked to evaluate the data collection tools the team was currently using to measure team output and productivity.

Using customized 360 evaluations (completed by managers, senior leaders, clients and employees), in-depth interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders), we created and delivered a customized leadership development training program to strengthen skills in key areas.

Additionally, we ran an offsite team retreat using unique, team-building program called Personality Poker.   Energizing team-building “game” helped managers and employees better recognize how to work with different personality types and understand the unique contribution each team member brings.

Finally, Elizabeth also partnered with managers to design new data capture tool that was easier for team to use and complete.

Case #2: Communications Consulting for Senior Leader with Elizabeth Freedman

We were contacted by a senior leader of a media company for coaching on her communications style.  Elizabeth provided one-on-one communications consulting and coaching across written and verbal platforms, and met with individual team members to capture feedback in an unbiased, neutral setting.  Using weekly phone calls, ongoing check-ins and video feedback, Elizabeth provided specific also provided “scripts” to the senior manager, helping her practice conversations she needed to have to repair damaged relationships with the team.  360 assessments were completed before/after process to measure growth and improvement across several communication areas.
